Tressa Terry serves as the Director of Athletics and Senior Woman Leader at Central Bible University, providing leadership and oversight for the Saints athletic department while also serving as Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Head Women’s Volleyball Coach.

A 2019 graduate of Central, Terry has been involved with Saints athletics as a student-athlete, assistant coach, head coach and administrator. She was named Head Women’s Basketball Coach prior to the 2024-25 season and was announced as Head Women’s Volleyball Coach on Dec. 3, 2025.

Terry returned to her alma mater as an assistant coach with the women’s basketball program in 2023-24. In her first season on staff, she played a vital role in helping the Saints finish 15-14 and record their first winning season since 2015-16. She was elevated to head coach following the season.

Terry later joined the Saints women’s volleyball staff as an assistant before taking over leadership of the program. She enters her first season as CBU’s Head Women’s Volleyball Coach in 2026.

Prior to returning to Central, Terry spent two seasons at Prairie Heights High School in LaGrange, Ind., serving as an assistant coach and junior varsity head coach.

As a student-athlete at Central, Terry competed in both basketball and volleyball. Her freshman basketball season in 2014-15 was cut short after three games due to a knee injury, but the Saints went on to finish 20-8 and advance to the NCCAA Division II National Championship game.

Terry returned to the court the following season and helped Central post a 17-11 record in 2015-16. She averaged just under 10 points per game during her collegiate basketball career and also earned all-conference and all-region honors as a member of the Saints volleyball program.

A native of LaGrange, Ind., Terry has also served in ministry roles near her hometown, including on the staff at Lake James Christian Camp and as Children’s Minister at LaHarpe Christian Church.

Terry earned a Bachelor of Science in Youth and Family Ministry from Central. She resides in Moberly and attends Crossroads Christian Church in Macon.
